A complete construction service

We specialize in all types of building and extension work, both exterior and interior, and have extensive experience in the construction of all types of dwellings, from new houses / villas, apartments, townhouses and bungalows, through to extensions, alterations and refurbishment projects.

We also undertake all the negotiations and the procedures necessary before building can begin, such as the obtaining of the building license, water and electricity supply, the translation documents and provision of estimates.

Reformation / Repair & Refurbishment

We can undertake all types of interior and external refurbishment of existing properties using the expertise of our specialist, experienced craftsmen in general construction. We employ staff highly-qualified in general construction, finishing work, electric and plumbing etc., in order to co-ordinate work tightly without unnecessary time-wasting.

As we have already mentioned at Ferullo Group we offer more than your standard construction service. As a bilingual company that understands the ins and outs of the Spanish system we can offer our clients help with all the paper work involved in the largest to the smallest of jobs. We can undertake all the negotiations and the procedures necessary before building can begin, such as the application for the building license for your dwelling, the translation of documents, provision of estimates, as well as all aspects of administration to gain water and electricity supply contracts, street closures and any other authorization an individual project may require.
